Director

Kelvin Roberts is a qualified Architectural Draftsman with over 25 years experience in this field. Kelvin has been able to apply his knowledge to the manufacture and installation of high quality stainless steel products. In this position Kelvin plays a pivotal role within the design process of your catering needs and leads the team of dedicated employees and sub contractors that manufacture and install those products custom built to your requirements. Kelvin’s knowledge of all facets of hospitality and construction has earned him a reputation as a leader in the industry.

Gavin Roberts

Administration/CAD Operator

Gavin joins the team bringing with him important Customer Service and Support skills, helping maintain a professional level of customer liaising. In addition, as a qualified CAD operator, Gavin is largely responsible for interpreting your thoughts and turning them into practical, easy to understand construction documents as well as providing support to the whole of the construction process.

Antony Manion leads the design team with over twenty years experience as an owner operator of Restaurants and Hotels. Antony has the unique ability of focusing all of his practical experience on designing the most efficient and cost effective measures for your space. Antony has over a hundred projects to his credit and such is his reputation within the industry it is not uncommon for his clients to return to him on a regular basis in undertaking new projects as can be seen on the attached list.
